I have made it a point to make this a daily habit of self- care. It is simple and just 30 minutes a day has made a huge difference to my emotional and physical health, coupling this with journaling has been so transformational!
I am able to create a space for healing and well-being. I have called this space my Me Time-Tea Time. You can create this space at any time of day. I usually do it as a wind down after a long day – it is up to you.

These planners are for you, if, like me you are
trying to get your life back on track whilst dealing with your health.
They say ‘a healthy person has a thousand wishes, but a sick person only has one’. I remember when I had a thousand wishes and all the things I wanted to do and accomplish, but that doesn’t have to be a distant memory anymore.
I created these planners to make it simple and fun to get your life back. After being diagnosed in 2014 it has been the biggest struggle of my life just to get through my day to day and balance health, life & career. But I have found simple self-care steps to live my life again.
Thankfully, with a lot of faith, courage and determination I am managing my health better than ever and I want to share this with you, so you can start leading the life you always dreamed and start making those thousand wishes again.
