About Loving ME Kindly

One of the most important lessons having an autoimmune condition has taught me is to look after myself. As you will read from my Dear Graves, thank you blogs, the message at the core of them is this. I have come to realise that adopting this practice is quite literally the most important act of love any of us can do for ourselves and it is said that ‘we can only love another to the degree to which we love ourselves’. This is not conceited nor selfish but rather empowering, nourishing and one of the greatest relationships we will ever have.

I feel there is so much emphasis on our outward appearance, which is important too, but what about what we wear on the inside? What about our spirit? Our souls? The very essence of who we are? Does this not need constant nourishment and cultivation? The same way we bathe and brush our teeth every day I believe it is just as important to do some internal weeding…

About Loving ME Kindly

These journals are all about making self-care a daily habit through fun easy activities and you will see your wellness transform after 28 days!

If, like me, you are trying to get your life back on track whilst dealing with your health – then these journals are for you. I have created 4 different bundles so you can choose which one would best suit you. The Me Time – Tea Time is about creating the space in your day, even just 10 minutes to just breath – in, journal, reflect and check-in. The Magnificent Morning range is to empower yourself to start your day with a positive mind and heart. The Be Your Own Rescue Range is about digging deep, unearthing what no longer serves you and moving on. – good health begins with a happy heart and soul. The Blissful Sleep and Relaxation Range is about dumping those anxious thoughts before bed, and creating a sleep hygiene pattern that will benefit your immune system and cortisol levels. These journals have been pivotal in my wellness journey from autoimmune daily stress to autoimmune empowerment, and I hope they will also help you one small kind act at a time.

So! Create the space, make the time and use
these journals to accompany you to

increased autoimmune wellness!

HAPPY WELLNESS,
Meron xx
